Excellent Hotel Experience
water fountains attentive personnel
I especially liked the water fountains located around the hotel. i found the room cleaning to be very good. It was done well every day. i was very impressed with gabor, the pool bar staff member, who was always attentive and friendly. i found all employees generally nice and helpful.
i found the food to be just typical buffet food, nothing special, so i mostly dined out at other places. the downstairs restaurant seemed understaffed, and i waited up to thirty minutes just for drinks. i think improvements are needed in this area.

i noted that the hotel is conveniently situated, only a few minutes from the center. the hotel's proximity to transportation, specifically buses 101, 102, and 711, makes travel very accessible. bus access to nearby attractions is very convenient.

Compact resort with waterpark and great staff
compact resort nearby waterpark excellent cleaning attentive staff
The size of the resort worked well, it felt compact. It made it easy to navigate for children. The waterpark was near the main swimming pools. Bars and toilets were all nearby. Room cleaning happened daily and was excellent. Pool bar personnel were especially attentive and friendly.
The noise level from other guests was not good and the walls felt paper thin. I heard everything from people running in the corridor during the night. Shouting and banging on doors also occurred.

This hotel sits in a spot near many nice beaches. It is only a few minutes walk. Exploring them was a real experience. The hotel's position made it simple to reach local attractions and dining spots.

The pools seemed an appropriate size, given the hotel size. The dining offered many foods that tasted good. The choice seemed plentiful. The staff were very friendly. They seemed eager to help with any questions or requests.

the room had two large flatscreen tvs. the balcony offered views of the sea and pool.
The lobby bar made the area crowded in the evenings. I would have preferred it more peaceful.
